Penny is a diabetic and requires insulin shots twice a day and special food. Over all she is a very affectionate and sweet cat, she loves cuddles and napping.
She is a small Domestic short hair, and she is a senior/ adult cat.
She is located at the Briggs Animal Adoption Center in Charles Town, WV.
She is house trained, spayed, and current on all her vaccinations. Her fur is short and mostly black with a small patch of white.
